A candle in my window
There is a candle in my window
that never goes off
always remains shining its light.
There is a phantom
that's flying around my bed
filling with spells
all my humanity
so I could fall
into its world
wich seem so dark,
so cold, so lonely...
But the light of the candle,
the candle in my window
illuminates my mind
and guides me to a place
where I'm safe and free
to reach my goals and dreams,
even when the demons
tries to blow my candle's flame off
and destroy everything I've fought for.
I know for sure that the candle,
that brave candle in my window
won't stop shining its bright light for me
so darkness would never reach my heart
because if it does it'll lead me
to a place where only exist fear,
and fear leads to insecurity,
insecurity leads to loneliness
and I don't want to be lonely.
I want your light, your flame,
my dear candle in the window
always shining by my side
NO HUBO FRÍO,
