Efervescencia en la idea,
la cocina es algo así,
un delirio, un garabato,
al ritmo de un Colibrí.​

Así que tomo del todo
lo que me pueda servir,
le pondremos cuatro especias
y un poco de perejil.​

Al fuego le pido solo
la llama de su pasión
yo le entregare la carne
con sales de pimentón.​
