The problem is not racism
The problem is that we are born free
Of everything
Grown to feel the right to pass on:
Ignorant knowledge that creates it
We pass it to our generations
And so they will do the same

When we talk about it, we pass it on
When we speak about the decision
A human being has made
To live his or her life, we pass it on
How we act...
Delegates it to someone else

When we disrespect someone's religion
Or non-religion beliefs
We pass it on

When we stop serving others
We most certainly pass it on
This is the time when we wrongfully
Clear ourselves of fault
By passing it on

When we stop looking at ourselves
For what we can give or take away
We just pass it on
We become the problem

Yet we are only a single kind
And we are even passing
On ourselves
Because of others
We are not existing as we should be
As long as we keep passing it on

No other problems would exist today
Separating human-kind
Had ignorance not decided to teach us
To pass it on

The problem will never be racism
Because we are One Kind(OK)
The problem is that our ignorance
Will keep passing it on
Until we learn to leave it behind

You no bro?.. I had to take a class to became a supervisor at the company that I work for..
I din't pay for it.. the company did, and it was not very expensive either... Yo know what it was?
Diversity... is a class at college to learn how to lead every race and color of skin that provides a service for wages...
But even if it wasn't related to work place.. I believe is a subject we all should be teach in grade school. and then pass it on.

 

It never it is, a matter of the heart more likely to me...
