    Efervescencia en la idea,
    la cocina es algo así,
    un delirio, un garabato,
    al ritmo de un Colibrí.    ​


    Así que tomo del todo
    lo que me pueda servir,
    le pondremos cuatro especias
    y un poco de perejil.    ​


    Al fuego le pido solo
    la llama de su pasión
    yo le entregare la carne
    con sales de pimentón.    ​


    Un poco de vino nuevo
    que se estremezca al calor
