When you read this, love, you will know that you are the one I am referring to and although our lives did not converge, so many heartfelt and pleasant glances that we gave each other in the illuminated days of a youthful splendor that now silvers and gilds our distant memories in time, but always present and that make us smile and love what we were and what we are and what destiny gave us without caring if now the sun is dawning or already setting in the afternoon. It no longer hurts our spirit or makes us sad that we did not cross that blessed street then and stand and feel and hear, you and I in unison, the pulse of the beats of our adolescent hearts.
As an alliance that binds me to your indelible image, I will carry you in the index of my memory and in the retina of my eyes that now close to see you.​
