    Y vinieron a mí, tantos cuerpos
    duelo de las rosas ,
    en nieblas de un cendalí anochecido.
    Con voz de lobo y diente de leopardo
    esos, ojos, tan verdes como esmeraldas,
    negros, grises, pardos, en bellísimos azules,
    en fuentes donde tiemblan estrellas de fuego.
    Me miraron todas, me lloraron también,
    bendecido por esas manos, delicadas, soñadoras,
    blancas como el algodón, morenas.
    Suaves, todo abarcadoras, manos
    tan frescas que corrían por los
    febriles senderos de puntadas.
