Vive Como Tú

Vive, pero ante todo vive como quieras. Aquí te reseño ejemplos
que no me pides; pero quizá algunos te sirvan aunque más no sea
para zafar de algún aprieto, que sin duda, el destino te presentará.
(Aunque muy lúcido tú, sabes que tu instinto y corazón te prevendrán). ​

Vive tu vida; mas no ofendas ni amistad ni amor, y cuídate de ambos.
Ten en cuenta que en cada amigo duerme un enemigo y en el amor,
un radical titiritero de sentimientos. Procura no despertarlos mal,
porque ambos sabrían tanto de ti, que te dañarían más que nadie. ​

No humilles ni descartes a ningún ser que consideres “inferior”;
será uno de ellos, quizá, tu único apoyo y consuelo en tu fracaso:

Muchas gracias, amigo, por este "rescate emotivo" que le has hecho a mis versos. Sin duda: o yo estoy equivocado, o la mentalidad casi general, "anda volando" y no tiene tiempo de posarse en largas y reflexivas lecturas. Y es verdad, a mí me hastían un poco también. Pero bueno, son cosas que uno elucubra y las manda nomás a como caigan. Con respecto a mi edad, "nací viejo". Y un detallecito al margen: no tengo hijos, pero si mis amigos, y en sus cuitas y parte de las mías, inspiré este escrito.
