On a day such as this,
in the myriad of woods
amongst my thoughts,

I wonder, obsess, wander.

Does the sound of the wind
take the same road on a damp day
or does it hit the day in all the weak spots
to pick-up momentum.

Does its noise sound the same, drops
immense or minute, calm or infuriated?

The drop falls inverted ground-up
unabashed, uncalled.

Does this notion attain
other minds or is it just my own thought
inverted, twisted and forced
by the unnatural hand of another.

Still I walk, the walk and talk the talk*
picking up my pieces.

Thank you so very much for your visit. Rosa Reader.

This poem is about death and mortality. Hence, the "knock" on the door is a desperate wish to receive a warning from that "unnatural hand of another." To that extent, I guess I was meditating and growing, but into death, I hope.

Thank you so much for your comment. As you can see, I was dying to share.

A hug. Hope to see you again.

Interesting... i wonder what were you thinking. Reflexive and somehow dark, it trespasses the normal toughts and goes straight to the deepest hiting them so hard that hurts.
Still i walk the walk and talk the talk... i liked that part a lot.
Iguess it attains the other people minds, it's just that not everyone says it, but you do and that... deserves respect.
A pleasure, hugs april.

Dear friend "April Rain"
I had to put together piece by piece, avoiding the calm or infuriated wind, the hail, the storm, the sounds, the hail… and to pick up your pieces. In spite of your frightening verses, I was glad to know that you were alive, sleeping, calm and loved, although you wanted to sing to death. Let me be another one who has the honor of congratulating you.
Fraternally,
Ramiro
