    de España a vivir su sueño
    que con el tiempo amortigua.
    Donde el cronista atestigua
    la decisiva victoria
    en esos tiempos de gloria,
    los patriotas y Simón
    buen ejemplo de timón,
    ya convertida en historia.

    Su rescate y comprensión,
    el recuento del momento
    al declarar monumento
    con una clara visión.
    La cultura es la misión
    el rescate de sus ruinas

    que entre sus paredes reconstruidas guardará.
    Aquí en mi ciudad tenemos una calle "Lourdes" en donde tú al transitar
    piensas que estás en otro tiempo, todas las casas de estilo colonial
    se han conservado y reconstruido como parte de nuestra historia
