Fucking upbringing!

Wonder why I’m still single?
With so many fun guys out there?
Guess I’m just waiting,
You find out, somehow,
I am still standing here!
Well, since that’s the case,
Things come down to one thing
I’m the only one to blame,
Blame for being stupid,
Blame for being naïve,
Blame for being proud,
Blame for not being with you right now...

So, what’s the lesson I learned?
If you have to go for a guy,
Then just go!
Don’t wait around,
Don’t be a nice girl
After all being nice and right
Is not the same as being happy and glad…

 

Ciertamente, el hacer lo correcto no siempre a uno le genera la felicidad. La realidad es tan parecida a lo imposible. Pero habrá que seguir pensando que lo sea, en una de esas pasa. Por cierto, no sé si sea error pero hay una expresión que igual es un error en la que faltó alguna palabra, o de plano un modo expresivo en el inglés que yo desconozco: "If you have to go for fuy", será a caso for (a/your/the/that) guy?

Como sea, me gusta la cadencia que logras, va más allá del simple vaivén de los que aún no encuentran su voz.
