    a calentar el pecho
    y encender la mente.
    Es tu cometido

    Hola Avelino. Viste que todo llega? Ya has tenido muchos comentarios en este poema y vos que estabas tan preocupado de que no lo interpretaran.
    La ceremonia del mate es muy importante para la República Argentina (y también para Uruguay, Paraguay y el Sur del Brasil) es como la ceremonia del té en el Lejano Oriente, como la ceremonia del coqueo en Los Andes o la ceremonia del tapeo en la Península Ibérica; en todos estos casos ceremonias de amistad y afecto.
    Matear es parte de la idiosincracia de nuestro pueblo y todo lo has descripto con precisión y con gran sensibilidad poética. Mis aplausos (como diría el amigo Mundopoeta Salvador Pliego. jejeje).

    Yo no estaba preocupado Tem, porque no lo fueran a interpretar. Estaba preocupado porque me quedé sin yerba. Y tenía una invitada a tomar mates. Te imaginás el papelón.

    Gracias por tu ilustrativo mensaje Tem. Yo estaba preocupado por la comprensión del tema en aquellos países y regiones en donde no se lo conoce al mate. Pero creo que el verbo "matear" ya está también globalizado. Hasta pronto.

    Margarita ¡Qué alegría, encontrarte de nuevo por aquí! en esta tarde tan fría ideal para tomar unos mates bien calientes con sopaipillas fritas.
    Aquí también se usa uno sólo para toda la ronda y en algunos hogares se considera ofensivo limpiar la bombilla en cada mate. En general en cada casa hay un sólo equipo, amenos que algún miembro de la familia tome sólo amargo y los demás les guste dulce. en ese caso hay dos mates porque los que lo prefieren amargo no permiten que la calabaza ni la bombilla tengan nunca contacto con el azúcar.
    Comparto tu deseo y no faltará la oportunidad de que volvamos a encontrarnos y con mates sea en Chile o en Argentina. Gracias por tu visita. Besos y hasta pronto.
