Earth’s breath

It was the soft noise of the waves in the ocean that invited me in.
The rhythmical sounds of the swaying water called my name and woke a curiosity I believe I had already felt.
As if the motion of the waves was the earth herself breathing.
I thought to myself that if I’d step into the water I would be part of her breath.
Would she receive my energy?
Would she know my heart?
Would I become one with her?

Or perhaps, I’d just make her sneeze.

 

The Ocean is so incredible terrifying.
