Hoy me siento como un hombre con su estrella derrotada

Quiero alzar mis brazos y gritar a mi corazón mal herido

Y al final del camino hay un deseo de grito y de dolor

Que deje de sufrir, con un nudo en la garganta

Corazón loco que haces girar mis pensamientos

Fue el último día de un mes agonizante de amor

La sangre seguirá corriendo hasta llegar al corazón

Escuchando una vieja voz que le grita al oído

Porque he de ser yo el que sufro, el que deseo amor

Entre tanta desgarradora soledad que corre por las venas

Y la noche brilla llena de estrellas derrotadas como mi corazón.

I want to raise my arms and scream at my badly hurt heart

And at the end of the road there is a desire for cry and pain

To stop suffering, with a lump in my throat

Crazy heart you make my thoughts spin

It was the last day of a dying month of love

The blood will keep running until it reaches the heart

Hearing an old voice screaming in your ear

Because I must be the one who suffers, the one who wants love?

Between so much heartbreaking loneliness that runs through the veins

And the night shines full of defeated stars like my heart.
