    It was never about fighting the world to keep me
    It would have been a fight with yourself
    I guess I always knew
    I was just never first
    I wasn’t a priority
    And now i understand
    That’s okay
    I was never going to make you love me right
    And nobody can blame me for trying everything so hard
    I haven’t stop crying every once in a while
    I still miss you, I remember that Sunday I waited for you to arrive
    You remind me of my younger self
    In another life we could have been just friends
    But in this one we always seem to want a bed
    So keep finding whatever makes you happy and stay safe
