    It is a sad cold night
    You left me behind
    Without even saying goodbye…

    And now that I think about it
    You did say goodbye
    But it meant nothing
    It had no feeling
    It was like you were happy
    Happy to go away
    Happy to leave me behind…

    And why on earth would you be sad?
    You and I, there’s nothing there man
    I am the only one that fell in love
    I am the only one that feels sad
    Sad because you are leaving
    And yes, I am staying behind
    Yet I wish you all the best
    Enjoy your life and may true love
    Find a safe place by your side

    Guess this is it, the final goodbye
    And just to end
    It is fair to say
    Yes, I did love you with my heart…
