Sometimes home isn’t where the heart is;
I have a home somewhere I’m sure.
My heart hasn’t found it yet,
but last time I looked
in the box you gave me
to hold my pocket watch,
I felt your home

Thanks, Miguel, I appreciate you stopping by. This one I wrote in English first, then translated it to Spanish, which is backwards for me since I usually start in Spanish. Frankly it worked better in Spanish, even though that version was a translation of this one. For that reason, I guess, I waited so long tu publish this one. Glad you liked it, un saludo,

Very good poem, flows gently trough my eyes looking for my heart.
For what a notice you also wrote it in spanish, so I'll look it up to see if the translation of that one is as good as this one.
