safe poetry

Poems always look safe.
When I was in the coffee shop
everything was in, had a poetic taste or
labels, poetic warning labels and plenty of joy.

Like, let say, there would be a poem
with a label and the words “read at your own risk, carefully”
somehow, the poem or things seemed more inclusive, I suppose.

Anyway,
I don’t like to put labels on things,
but somedays I’m rebellious or just don’t give a damn
so I could say that my brain is so incapable to think shit..

drive you as crazy as well.

Let me tell you, somedays I woke up feeling like shit,
like one of those fluffy cats you see in the hood,
angry or something, but they gave you a look
like, oh damn, a better walk fast.
But it only lasts for 25 min..​
