    El cielo es celeste

    Como lo fue ayer;

    Todo está en calma;

    Igual mi ser.

    Las palmeras

    No se han ido

    De mi vista.

    Y un leve viento

    Acaricia mi rostro.

    Tú estas ahí

    Y no te has ido

    Y yo tengo vida

    Y estoy aún aquí.

    Hoy no harán falta

    Los hijos, los amigos

    Los viejos amores,

    Nostalgias del alma.

    Quedan en el ayer

    Todas mis penas

    Todas mis congojas
