Uneasy sounds

    carry about lifted

    rounds of myriads

    materialized

    forming a crisp, but

    distant rustle.

    Achilles' piercing

    endowed with gift

    ridding arrows strangely adrift

    ever so stoutly ranged

    never so parched in grace.

A myth set in a ginger dust

    his heels and eyes

    a cerulean shade of teal

    his locks of hair

    were unbound trestles

akin to truffles nestled the way

    of a lair in disarray.

    Dear friend “April Rain”

I enjoyed reading this beautiful poem, full of metaphors and poetic resemblances, with the most selected and precised words, where Achilles stands out, that invulnerable hero in all his body but in one of his heels. Your poem is a masterpiece of our contemporary literature. Please receive my stars. In this poem you play the role of Calliope: the muse who was the first of all in dignity. According to Hesiod, she taught the song to Achilles, who also was the hero of the War of Troy; and you, Calliope, are the protector of the epic hero. No more to add, only that I have to say a tremulous goodbye, in a rustle: the wall is crumbling because of what I wrote and Achilles is about to get reached in his heel with a poisoned arrow.
    Your admiring reader
