I've handed in my tears to you
I give you my sighs
Like torch in the fire
Those eternal nights

My lips give in being before you
With nothing to say
You're what I desire
Your scent's what I blame

You're here but I can't touch you
In the rapture of this night
My arms may be around you
But still they are so far

I can't try, just deny,
keep you near me with my lies
Why do I use this mask?
Why cannot I choose my life?
Why cannot your heart be mine?

Your sleeping eyes, your silent lips
Like haunted I gaze.
This love, it grows higher
Within this thick haze

I'm dying now to touch your skin
To shout what I feel
Be mine, my desire
Why is not it real?
