El amor se quiebra,
como las hojas del otoño manso,
como mis manos,
se quiebran por no tener
las tuyas endilgándome
amor y cariño,
el amor se disipa
como la humareda de los árboles,
como la densa niebla
en la autopista,
se disipa, como tu mirada triste,
ya alejada y exculpada, de la mía;
el amor se derrite
se derrite esperando
aquél abrazo tuyo que ya no esculpe
mi cuerpo en el verano,
se derrite como hielo glaciar en la intemperie
esperando el milagro aciago;
