    Yo soy cantor posmoderno
    y escupo al suelo mi suerte
    le hablo también a la muerte
    aunque no me haya escuchado
    me siento a veces cansado
    notándome un poco fuerte.


    Amo el canto del centzontle
    como dijo ya el poeta
    me pongo la camiseta
    de cantor empedernido
    y aunque ya lo he sufrido
    no se me cae la careta.


    Con la guitarra en la mano
    lanzo mi grito de guerra
    yendo camino a la sierra
    voy silbando las bellezas
