Fuentes de acero ruidosas
supuran ácido y veneno.
Ríos rojos caudalosos,
cuerpos arrastrados
a la oscura nada.

Altzairuzko iturri zaratatsuak
azidoa eta pozoia zornatzen dituzte.
Ibai gorri emaritsuak,
gorputz herrestatuak
ezerez ilunari.

Noisy sources of steel
suppurate acid and poison.
Red rivers, abundants and mighty,
dragged bodies to the
dark nothingness.

 

Fountains? Sources? Trays? I'd say the first one would look way more poetic, but that's ultimately your call as to how to translate "fuentes". Another suggestion: you don't pluralize an adjective ("abundants") in the English language simply because "rivers" (in this case) is plural.
Now to your stanza: pretty rad and apocalyptic. I liked it!
