Between the apple-blossoms
Some butterflies were flying around
And I sought you in the dark
And I sought you in the rain
But was I out of my mind?
When I saw you standing there

Was it insane to wait for you to hold me
And the things inside my head
Are the things you once told me

Ridiculous thoughts
Kept lying in my mind
Kept sweet torturing inside
Kept hoping for some things to die

Between the apple-blossoms
Some mystery was lying around

When I heard you call my name

 

Well, my english is not the very best but, for what i can see, quiet simple text, sounds more like a song than a poem -to me-.
Glad to make it through the Babel Tower harmless.
