Horizon

Can you see me through these dark waves?
into the horizon I’ve waited for so long.
I missed you so much I thought I heard
but you were just saying goodbye.

A sunset awaits for me,
watching the city disappear...

Sitting on that bench
seeing how it all ends,
to go our separate ways.

Looking in different perspectives
our expressions are locked,
although the feelings are meaningful;

Those palm branches are waving on a goodbye
and my love ends together at sunset.
