    Esta mano en reposo es esa mano
    que amó, que acarició, que un puño henchía
    en la lucha de todos cada día
    y en mi lucha interior por ser humano.

    Aquí se irguió, apuntó, pidió temprano
    una tregua al dolor y a la agonía,
