Baladilla lo ha llamado Eduardo a este poema, Maese, cuya estructura es de estrofas de catorce versos de los cuales hay cinco pareados seguidos cerrándose la estrofa con una redondilla. Los versos cortitos, de seis sílabas, le dan una lectura rápida y que suena en el recitado casi como una canción infantil, como esas que cantaban los niños entre juegos. El final, razón tiene Eduardo, es inesperadamente cómico, lo cual reafirma en mi opinión su caracter de canción de juego infantil. Un gran trabajo por el estilo y por su buena elaboración, Sr. Plumilla.
