Melancolía de invierno

Briza; es invierno; la lluvia monótona


en los cristales de mi ventana golpea,


corta el cielo un arco iris de colores


y una nube de niebla espesa


borra suavemente el paisaje a lo lejos


las zanjas de los cultivos se llenan


con el rocío del cielo.​

Marañas de hiedra


suben las paredes,


como si quisiera


tragarse a mi casa la tierra


y hacerla parte del campo verde,


donde la esperanza invernal se tiende;


las hojas de árboles tiemblan


cuando amortiguan las gotas de lluvia,


que, cayendo de prisa


mil secretillos murmuran
