MIRAGE

Here I am
with the sand under my feet
and my eyes upon your lips;
with this burning breeze of desert
and those flaming rays of sunset.

There's a snake in your hands
and a venomous wine;
I'm a captive, your slave
I'm in love with your chains.

Because your dancing drives me mad
and with your beauty I get drunk;
'cause in the oasis of your eyes
I have no will, I lose my mind.

There you are
with a goblet full of sin
and with poison on your skin;
with that face so pure and perfect
and your ardent body naked.

And I plead on my knees
hypnotized by your hips;
I am dying of lust
'cause it burns me to dust.

Because your dancing drives me mad
and with your beauty I get drunk;
'cause in the oasis of your eyes
I have no will, I lose my mind.

I want to get lost in the dunes of desire;
I want to be killed by this poisonous fang;
I want to be burn by the sun and its fire,
the sun of this desert, this love, this mirage.​
