Moonlight

The moonlight comes upon me
above my darkness and above my shadows
which sadly and slowly my soul swallows
as a remember of where I have lived
The moonlight comes upon me
growing
one step after another
may statically glowing in sweet wolves
that can cut my walking, that can cut my bones

Light in the shadow of the day
Darkness in the shine of the night
Balance in the figures and the forms that blights
that pass through my fingers
darker than the swamp, darker than the coal
brighter than the silver, brighter than the gold
Getting so deep inside of my body
deeper than the ocean abyss
because the moonlight is the perfect peace
so exact in the perfect communion
