Porque siempre me sentí poeta

Aunque decaiga

como una cascada

que de las cuencas de la tierra resbala,

aunque me vaya encauzada por la inercia de la pendiente...



Como un río que se marcha

apresurado por la corriente,

sobre los límites de su vertiente.



¡Sembraré a mi paso flores!

¡Sembraré lo que me queda!

Desde ahora, que hasta en mi reflejo

florecen ya... El sol, la luna y las estrellas.



Aunque parezca que me vaya para siempre...

Aquí nada termina, pues a mi paso sembraré el comienzo de una vida,

floreceré de entre las piedras

porque mi fortaleza radica en el corazón de la tierra.
