Roses

Roses as we know it,
are not always red
as we were told
because there are
plenty of colors out
there, but somehow,
the red color is always
in people's mind.

Maybe because it's
apparently the color of
the blood, of your blood,
of our blood, but this
vital liquid has not to do
with death as media
show it everyday
but with life.

Red roses and blood
are meant to be together,
are meant to be just
one forever.
