It smells like war and peace.
It smells like contradiction.
It smells like life.

Use your senses and tell me
What does the world tastes like?

It’s a mixture of flavors.
It’s like blood and wine.
It tastes sour, bitter, bad.
But wait! I taste something else.
It’s sweet and pleasant; it’s love.

Now, try on touching here and there,
Tell me, how does it feel?

It’s painful; like pinching your heart with a needle.
It’s gross; like the kiss of a black roach.
It’s king; like the look of a pure sky.
It’s gentle; like the touch of a loving hand.

Can you hear the rhythms of life?
Tell me, what do they sound like?

It sounds distant and hollow.
It sounds exited and loud.
It sounds like a cry of war.
It’s a song of laughter.

I see the color of life.
I hear the sounds of the people.
I smell the scent of the plants.
I taste the flavors of the animals.
I feel the world in me.
