Spring Kiss

A gentle graze,
proverbial fingers touch my face,
navigating long strands of curls.
Striking eyes seize my eyes.
I covet.

A stare,
an incomparable gaze attains
the deepest parts of me,
reading, owning every thought and want.
I collapse.

April.

Kiss after gentle kiss
rains from his lips,
a taste of spring sweetness.

A warm breeze, I am still.
Warmth chills my neck.
Lips leisurely trail amid
my neck and shoulders.

An embrace.
