    It's
    as if I'm
    alone when
    I write poetry, but
    a mild breeze flowing
    through softly whispers;
    I'm listening.
    There is something
    about this evening with its
    vibrant colors. Something about
    the crossed contrails streaking across
the blue sky—that leaves my heart with
a faint beat, longing to go where you live.

    This is my favorite season,
    summer weather poetry.
    However, I also enjoy
    fall. Ah, and winter,
    as it keeps most
    things fresh
    and helps
    me feel
    new
    er
    .
    I realized I forgot something,
and instead of ignoring that you are like spring

bringing life to me—I genuinely welcome it.

A lyrical narrative that conveys a feeling of loneliness that dissipates with the gentleness of a breeze and the vibrant colors of a summer afternoon.
Summer is your favorite for its colors and warmth, while fall and winter are appreciated for their freshness and ability to revitalize.
Mine is undoubtedly winter, where temperatures are very high.
I'm glad they have an encouraging effect on your poetic and personal experience.

I send you greetings from my humble Havana.

    Hola Alde,
pues mira que, sometimes, even in the summer, when poetic inspiration doesn't come or arrives late, I can always find motivation in Juan Gabriel's music. This former artist, now gone, reminded me of my earliest romantic words and inspired me to start writing poetry during my teenage years when I was in love. I cannot recall the exact words I wrote at the time, but as of today, they were surely ineffective. However, since it is often difficult or impossible to identify which season inspires the most or the least, I tend to evoke my dearest castigadora along with others who are less cabronas to stimulate inspiration.

I believe that deep breathing can be beneficial when writing poetry, although it is not always easy—especially when your poetry depends on everyday, earthly emotions rather than on strict meter. Y como andan ahora las cosas...If Earth had its mirror, I wonder if it would realize all the chaos and harm we're causing her. I believe she would seek a pacemaker and a true peacemaker, not the most powerful and unstable one on Earth now….and you know who I'm referring to.

    Saludos hasta tu querida habana.
    Fidel Guerra.
