the rapture

Your eyes are sweet,
dark, powerful, and full of secrets.
I remember what you said to me.- look at my eyes-
I did, and you captured me. Dear, have you forgotten?

Anyway,
thanks to google I learned to focus
and I didn't see our arms and lips
resting once during several days
of profound meditation.

Your kisses are a rainbow of colors,
and your shoulders are as delicate as
butterfly feathers.

There’s a mind rush (rapture) and another type of rush
where blue jeans and sweaty socks are left behind.
