Collective permission

It’s a surreal feeling swimming within,

perhaps I should acquire a pair of fins.

The body of a human can’t be so keen.

The ocean, a matrix; a uterus indeed.

Time makes no sense as I begin to swim.

This liquid atmosphere becomes the heart of me.

The salt, the nutrients, supporting me

all play a part in creating memory.

There’s something familiar about what I see

particles of life thriving in these reefs.

Billions of cells structured to live;

provide a foundation for beings like me.

It’s such a conundrum that we come from a sea,

yet live on the land of its periphery;

polluting the very place that nurtured me.

I wonder how patient the oceans can be

before the horizon becomes finality,

and swallows our future because of idiocy,

Ignorance, stupidity, selfishness and greed.

Little by little the changes we agree

become the norm that brings entropy,

collective permission to end the life we see

to then blame someone for the mess we’re in.

 

You really think is a mess?

I believe that there is a much higher power than we assimilate... not so much deeper...
and that Nature causes more damage than humans ever will.

Agree, the cycles of nature and energies are much more of a catalyst for change than we want to believe. Yet, humans have a way of arriving at change in a suggestive manner. I guess I’m trying to imply that by convincing the collective, no one is to blame because inadvertently we all move with a herd mentality.

mmm ... if the human started everything, and the evolutionary cycle. However, the human does not finish what he begins. Fighting against nature is crazy. I don't have to fight nature. you have to live for nature. Good letters.

I love this forum!! I also believe in the creation friends. However, it is obvious that the creation entails evolution. It is a way of nature adjusting to conditions in order to survive and hopefully thrive. Everything in gods creation has to evolve because the energy of god created the laws of nature.
And regarding your pd.... uhhhh. NO. we are just exchanging ideas.
