God And You

GOD AND YOU

One day God was looking around,
He created the sun and created its light,
He said, "What would the world be like, without light?"
He looked around more and saw the sea,
He made it deep, both far and wide,
and reflect the light towards the sky.

One day he walked on land,
He saw the trees and He saw the sky,
He thought, I'll give them a voice,
and their voice will be heard
when a bird sings his song.
He said, "What would the world be like,
without a bird and his song?"

One day he made you,
He thought, "I'll make him eternal, loving and kind,
I'll give him flowers and roses and stars,
I'll give him my image, my love, my all."
Then he looked back,
at all the beauty, sights and sounds,
and He said, "is all good but,
what would the world be like, without you?"​
