Have you?

Alma ventura

Poeta asiduo al portal
Have you been so down,
feeling so left behind,
locked inside your room
while pain makes you blind?

Have you been so sad
that tears hide from your face,
afraid to just see
that you pray you die?

Have you felt a big weight
hanging from your chest,
do you stare at the ceiling,
wainting for something safe?

Please tell me that you have,
even if you lie,
so my heart doesnt feel lonely
in this road of life...

What a sensible poem you've written, Alma! You've put your soul in it, telling your griefs so that your readers may tell you if they have undergone those sensations in some moments. When you feel that way, you're not the unique one. We're with you, offer you our solidarity and solidarity is the best therapy. The life is full of happy moments, little happy moments, and sad moments that also are part of the plurality of life. That challenges our capacity to overcome them. Nobody can say that he/she has never been down. I am certainly you will underfeat sadness. Thanks for sharing your extraordinary poem and to teach us to trust in life.
Fraternally,
Ramiro

I know that Im not the only one that feels so sad sometimes....
and i decided to share how i feel.

Ramiro, thanks for your letters, I have been fighting sadness for a long time, but you know?, sadness is mother of nice poems
sometimes, so its not that bad if we can handle it.
Kisses.

of course I have Alma!, oooooooh, depression sometimes feels so miserable. We feel like we were in the darkness, blind, and with no return to the light......and the death approcaches. But I've learnt that we always have to find the possitive side of the things, because at the end of the tunnel...there's always a bit of light.
LIGHT YOUR WORLD
hugs for you, excellent poem girl.

Alma:
Nothing to add. Nevertheless, I'd say: You're completely right. Sadness is the mother of all the beautiful melancholic poems. Glad you know how to handle it.
A happy hug,
Ramiro

When sadness prevails, the writing gives way.

Beautiful poem Alma, I think we've all been there at one point or another. It makes the worth of every thought.

A huge hug.
