candlelight flickers across your skin,
like shadows playing of moon dance
I am always ready to place,
a light finger on you, and trace.
If I get carried away in my pursuit of joy,
don't blame me, please don't hate,
cause I'm just another lonely soul,
lost in the game of love, with no regrets.
And even I said that I don't care,
I know infatuation is going to stay,
because infatuation stay forever,
even the most beautiful love will fade.
In a still stare, straight at the far end,
searching for the silhouette,
of a body that once was there;
reflections on the mirror
penumbras on an empty bed.
