always lost in the maze of words.
always diving in the shallow shore
rescuing a day late... plain crumbs,
wore out feelings of...please don't go.
please babe... i promise; i'll change.
and as time goes by... same old, same old.
you don't know... you don't know.
...but you do too... know.

And I do... i want to stay
even tho you and i don't belong
knowing for sure that either way
as time goes by... i will pay
love will hunt me down. i'm easy prey
it will tear me up...merciless,
and then if i happen to scape
i'll be dying at little... every day.

I really love read in english, I find the words full of expressions, searching for my love between darkness and sorrow, and finally just a word change everyting at once. Years go by throught the night and I feel my in pain, dying fast, but just one words change everything, neverending love.

Where are you from? are you in the states? you write and read fluently?
English was my second language at one point back when I was a teen...
But gradually became my main...
and you are right... poetry in any language has to give you hope and grace.
even sympathy in times of sorrow.
