A note, one word
a life that I forget
the veil of a shadow
leaving its restlessness.

A thought, just one,
breaking the notion
that I knew you,
once.

And I hang upside down
from a man-made chair
"What else is there" plays
in the background, while
echoes clash in the skies
of a thought and drums beat
against the wall of a*
man-made part one of
grain and silver salts.

What else is there,
plays - I think a thought
and send a star your way
may it rest on the lips
of what there was once-
sugar and honey that
gave light a place
in the reflection a
strange man's gaze.

I am an "absolute beginner"
plays- whatever it is that
he shall contemplate is
the jewel around my wrist.
And I, well I am no more
than a state of mind - a chain
around the feet.
