The Ravens

I keep on going without answers
I keep on going without a hope
without faith or a god to believe in
I don´t have a country, just an expired document
I´m just a refugee , a mental refugee
I`m just a bird without wings
or a tree to build my nest
I´m who I am, and myself
is always against me
I´m just salt without a sea
caught up in a salt-cellar
I´m a dreamer without one dream
that doesn´t turn into fog
I´m a shipwrecked sailor
who sunk in a tear
I´m tired of talking about me
Simply tired about my feelings
I´m too tired of waiting
because of that, now
I´m too tired to change
I´m a singer without a voice
out of tune, don´t have a song
I keep on going without a map
I keep on going without a compass
Im a traveler who doesn´t find
the signs in the road
lost in a desert
surrounded by mirages
and the ravens look at me
in their eyes the darkness is born
yeah, they see right trough me
they are waiting too, just like me...

 

Such depth in such few words.
Pain
Suffering
Confusion
Longing...

I feel that most of us feel that way and we long for the right place to be...
