I expose the subtle audacity of touch,
that soft tissue
sliding between the fingers
of sunset on any sunday

or that dawn dawn
who declaims
the perfume of the meats...

—Why talk so much?
Shut up and bite now
or stay forever hungry —said the desire.

this is a beautiful poem.

I haven't had the urge to write for quite a while,...but the craziness around here quelled, as well, my desire to write.

I can't tell if any sunday feels like a sunday, only that each one is full of desire, hopes or forgiveness.

Hi, Fidel, I'm really not very good with translations, but I try my best. In the original, in Castilian said "de un domingo cualquiera" Since the idea was not to give much strength to that secondary Sunday. Thanks for passing, I'm glad you liked the poem.

The pleasure is mine, thanks for trying...trust me, writing in english is such an event for me too...it involves my kids, few of my friends, but mostly about the many years living in the United States. Which is my home now.
