My cherished words
for this unexpected poetry
are the ones that carry your name.
I enjoy uttering your name,
then shutting my eyes and keeping it close,
like a lyrical anchor, where it impacts and molds
what is referred to as light weight or rustic poetry.
I appreciate all women's names,
but none holds a more comforting spot
in my heart than yours.
Although mysterious,
out of sight and reach,
your name evokes a sense
of poetic faith in me, much like God.
